🚚 For Shippers
When signing up as a Shipper, you’ll be asked to enter your company name—if applicable. Independent shippers are also welcome to create an account with us. If you're the first person from your company to sign up, you'll be able to invite colleagues to join your team on Lulo Freight.

🚛 For Carriers
If you're signing up as a Carrier, you’ll gain access to features designed to manage your fleet. You can create accounts for your drivers, since each load must be assigned to a driver. Signing up as a Carrier unlocks more tools, features, and control to streamline your freight operations.

All payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe, ensuring that both your money and personal information are fully protected. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Every order comes with a unique Job ID. With our real-time shipment tracker at lulofreight.com, you can check the status of your freight anytime—no login required. Simply use the tracker on our homepage. Anyone with the Job ID can access live updates and track the shipment easily.

Whether you're a Shipper or a Carrier, you can securely add your card details during sign-up or later when scheduling or confirming a service order.

For a faster and smoother experience, we recommend adding your payment information during sign-up. This way, it’s saved in your profile, making future shipments or load bookings quicker and more convenient. You can update or change your payment details anytime through your account settings.

At LULO FREIGHT, we go beyond the basics to find the best carrier match for your shipment. Once you're signed up and start quoting through our portal, you'll notice we ask for more than just the what, where, and when.

We also collect key details like:
🚚 Type of pickup and delivery locations
📦 Category of items you're shipping
📏 Exact dimensions and weight

The more information you provide, the better we can tailor your options—ensuring faster matches, better rates, and smoother deliveries.

Trip duration depends on the distance and truck availability. While you request a quotation and after you select a priority option, the estimated arrival date will be displayed.

Flexible Pricing Based on Delivery Priority
Lulo Freight offers three pricing options based on your selected delivery speed: High Priority, Medium Priority, and Low Priority.

After requesting a quote, you'll receive all three offers. Once you choose the option that best suits your needs, you’ll be asked to provide additional shipment details.

At confirmation, 50% of the total cost will be charged to begin processing your order.

Maximum weight per load is 40,000 pounds.

Regulated waste, Gold, silver, platinum, precious metals and stones (including jewelry), Works of art, Money or currency, Personal and/or financial documents (including hard drives), Live animals, Human and animal remains, Etiological agents, Firearms (including ammunition), Fireworks, Cannabis (including derived products) and Cigarettes and tobacco products (including vaping products and accessories)

We take full responsibility for managing your freight. Through our thorough vetting process, we carefully select qualified carriers to ensure your shipment is handled by trusted professionals.

Using our platform, you can monitor the status of all your shipments in real time. In the Job Management section, view each Job-ID’s progress, including statuses like Draft, Pending, Pending Signature, Pending Driver, Active, In-Transit, Delivered, Completed, and Cancelled.

Through our website, you can easily request a location change for your shipment. All requests are reviewed and validated by LULO to ensure smooth processing. Please note that modifications or cancellations may incur a fee. For full details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions section.

 Rigorous Carrier Vetting for Your Peace of Mind

All our carriers undergo a strict vetting process where we verify their background, skills, and qualifications before assigning your load. We also confirm they have valid insurance policies, including cargo, auto, and general liability coverage. For more details, please refer to our Terms & Conditions section.

You have 5 days to confirm that your delivery was successful. Once confirmed, the remaining 50% of the agreed amount (plus any applicable fees) will be charged. If no confirmation is received within 5 days, the delivery will be automatically considered confirmed.

You can sign up easily by clicking the CARRIER Sign Up button at the top right corner of our homepage. Simply fill out the company information form, and we’ll create your profile in no time.

Please note that some of the information you provide will go through our vetting process. Once a team member reviews your profile, we’ll get back to you with updates.

Discover New Loads Daily and Choose What Fits You Best
New freight loads are posted every day—browse and apply for the ones that match your fleet and schedule. Manage your drivers and finances seamlessly through our easy-to-use portal.

Plus, our smart algorithm provides competitive rate estimates by factoring in all aspects of your carrier operation, including insurance, maintenance, and operational costs helping you maximize your earnings.

Load Assignment Notification
LULO will send you an email once the load you requested has been assigned to you. You can also check the status anytime in your Load Board section on our platform.

Once a load is assigned to you, simply log in to our website. In your dashboard, you can view load statuses like Pick-up, Drop-off, and real-time tracking. Plus, you can manage payment claims and monitor your payment status, all in one place.

Payment Availability After Delivery Confirmation

Once your delivery status is marked as completed and confirmed, a 30-day period is required before your payment becomes available. After this, you can easily request a transfer to your bank account through our website portal.
