We offer freight services for shippers and carriers within national territory, USA. Out there are shippers needing a vehicle to move their load and carriers ready to transport it, we connect them! No matter if you need a dry van truck, a flatbed or a reefer unit, we got what you need.

Yes, let us walk you through that. While you are signing up, as a SHIPPER you will be asked to provide your company name in case it applies, if you are an independent SHIPPER, you can also create an account with us. In case you belong to a company and you are the first one to Sign Up with us, you can invite colleagues from your company to Sign Up. For CARRIER users you can create accounts for your drivers, since you need to assign a driver to take a load, for moe privileges and features Sign Up as a CARRIER. 

All the payments transactions are handled through STRIPE; this means not only your money is safe but also your information. For more detail about it, you can check our Terms & Conditions section.

Every order has a Job-ID, with our tracker at lulofreifght.com option you´d be able to check your shipment status any time in real time. Notice that you don’t have to be signed in to use our tracker feature, you can do it through our home page tracker, in fact, anyone with the Job-ID is capable of tracking the shipment.

As a SHIPPER or CARRIER, you can provide your card information while you SIGN UP or you can also do it while scheduling and confirming a service order. In both cases it is better to do it while you SIGN UP, this information will be included in your profile, in this way to schedule a shipment or to take a load would be easier and quicker, and still, you can update your information at any time you want to.

If you have an issue you can contact us at any time through our customer service channels (e-mail and phone) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Nevermind, our portal is created to keep you posted about every status of your shipment. If there is any issue with your service, we will take care of it before you know about it.

Sign Up to get the best offers on the market to send your goods around US territory. We provide competitive prices (3 different options), visibility through the whole shipment process (in real time tracker along with constant notifications) and capability to manage your loads and finances through our portal.

At our homepage you can request 2 quotations by only providing your name and email and the most relevant information about your upcoming shipment and there is no need to SIGN UP, these pre-quotations will be displayed on screen and also sent to the mail you provided.

After this, if you require more quotations, you just have to Sign up as a SHIPPER, the process is easy, simple and quick and after this you are already part of the LULO FREIGHT team.

 

The more you tell us, the better fit we can find for your load. Once you are signed up at our portal and you start to quote with us you will notice we will ask you not only the main information like what, where or when you want to ship, but also about several relevant details related to your shipment: type of location, the category of the items you are shipping, the specific size and weight, etc. Tell us as much as you can and we will focus on finding the best option for you out there.

Trip duration depends on the distance. While you request a quotation and after you select a priority option, the estimated arrival date will be displayed.

Lulo freight provides three different prices depending on date priority from the highest to the lowest one, you will receive 3 offers: High Priority, Medium and Low priority. If you accept any of these quotations, you will complete extra information and after confirming, it is at this stage where the first half (50%) of the amount will be charged.

Maximum weight per load is 40,000 pounds.

No need, LULO will take care of your shipment process. We are in charge of getting the proper carrier for your service, it is through our vetting process that we ensure the qualifications of our collaborators. 

By using our platform, you can check every status of your shipments, in our job management section you will have the status of Job-ID such as: Draft, Pending, Pending Signature, Pending Driver, Active, In-Transit, Delivered, Completed, and Cancelled.

Yes, you can. Using our website you can request a change of location and will be checked and validated by LULO, please consider any modification or cancellation comes with a fee.  All of this is stated in more detail in our Terms & Conditions section.

All our carriers go through a strict vetting process, where we check their background and ensure their competences and qualifications, before assigning your load with them, we verify they got valid insurance policies like cargo coverage, auto coverage, general liability, etc. all of this is stated in more detail in our Terms & Conditions section.

You will have 5 days to confirm your delivery was successful, at this moment the second half (50%) of the agreed amount (plus the related fees in case it applies) will be charged, if you do not confirm it after 5 days, the confirmation will be automatically received.

Once you are there just fill the fields related to your company information, we will create your profile and that´s it. Please notice some of the information you provided will be submitted to our vetting process; so as soon as one of our team members has checked your profile, we will come back to you with news about it. Our goal is to have you on board as a member of the LULO FREIGHT Team.

New loads are posted every day and you can postulate to take the ones you find more suitable. Through our portal you can manage your drivers and finances. On the other hand, our algorithm estimates competitive money offers since it considers every aspect of your carrier operation (insurance, maintenance, operation, etc).

Once you have an account with us, by using our website you will have access to our load board with all the jobs available to be taken. You will have to request to take a load and our dispatch team will analyze your postulation and will inform you if the load was assigned to you.

LULO will send you an email informing that the load you requested to take has been assigned to you and you can also check it at your load board section.

Once a load was assigned to you can check in our website. In the dashboard you can view the status of your loads such as Pick up, Drop off, tracking and more features. You can even manage your payment claims and payment status.

After delivery status is completed and confirmed, 30 days must pass until LULO freight payment is available, then through the website portal you can request the money to be transferred to your bank account.
